RE: Child Center Site Review Appeal
Dear Bill:
I am writing to you with regard to your client Mr. Weiland's appeal of the site review
fees for his project in Springfield. As you recall, the only outstanding issue was the
amount of the site review fee. Recently the Springfieid City Council voted to lower the
site review fee. With regard to this appeal, the City had previously offered that if the
fee was lowered, Mr. Weiland would be charged the reduced fee amount so long as he
agreed not to appeal the amount of his site review fees as outlined in the Springfield
Development Code or pursuant Oregon Land Use law.
The adjusted fees come out to the following: $7,173.16.
Please let me know if Mr. Weiland will accept this offer and I will contact the City about
a refund.
