Inspection of: Reinforcing Steel Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Chambers Construction BPNo.: 'S2010-00566 Periodic Inspection: 0
Performed preliminary reinforcing steel inspection for slab on grade with thickened
areas line A to B, from 110 5. Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, size, lap,
placement, quantities and clearance. Reinforcing steel was secured and supported
above grade. Anchor bolts were checked for size and embedment. Final inspection
will be performed prior to concrete placement.
John Baugus (Chambers Construction) was advised of the on-site observations.
To the best of our knowledge, the work in-progress was in accorda~ce with revised
plans dated 10-22-10 and applicable workmanship provisions of the 1.B.C., except if
noted above.
