Comments Met on site with erector and general contractor for pre-installation verification of pre-
tensioned high strength bolts using tum-or-the-nut method with match-mat-king. Bolts tested were all
A325 sizes y,," xl '/,', %" x 2", '/,' x 2 V4", and 7/8" x 2 ';"". Three bolts M each size and length were
installed and tightened in a Skidmore-Wilhelm model MZ. All bolts wereltumed 1/3 nominal turn and
all met minimum tension requirements per AISC specifications. Erector Was asked to notify our office
when additional services are needed.
To the best of my knowledge, work inspected above was in accordance with the building department approved
plans, specifications, and applicabl rkmanship provisions oflhe controlling tildi::~:o' CII03A.?
