Hi Brandie, please ensure that oversize plan sets are folded down to a manageable size, as close to 8 Y, x 11 as possible.
One 8 Y, x 11 size site plan sheet will be required for the submittal as this is photocopied for public notification letters.

We are getting ready to submit our project for Pre-Submittal. But I have a question for you. The requirements for the
submittal packet indicate that we need to submit 7 copies of the plans folded to 8 Y, by 11. Does this mean 7 copies of
plans that are 8 Y, by 11 or large copies folded down to 8 Y, by 117 Our large copies will be difficult to fold down to this
size, but would be close. So let me know exactly what is needed.
