Response to the pending Conditions of Approval
The existing bicycle parking structure on the west side of the building must remain, or
provision for 3 biCl)cle parking spaces shall be provided elsewhere on the site.
The final plot plan indicates the bike parking
The new trash enclosure area shall be covered, hydraulically separated and piped to
sanitan) sewer.
The building and fire code issues are resolved by limiting the sizes of the containers,
which are now shown on the building floor plan as below the threshold levels per
--tfiefire code.
Prior to final oCCllpanCl), submit a COrn) of tire approved ODOT access permit.
ODOT is processing this
All outside lighting, including existing lighting and wall packs, shall contain full cut off
shields and be directed downward. "Full cut off' means the bulb is not visible when
viewed from tire side.
The final plot plan has been modified to indicated compliance.
Install and maintain a filter in the existing catch basin locate at tire north side of the
building.
Per details supplied to Public Works Engineering (and recapitulated herein) the
catchbasins will be provided with inserts
No improvements shall be made to the vehicle work area; Occupancy Class F1, OCC LD
19, until the DWP application (DRC201O-00003) is approved.
The DWP and HMIS and HMMP is submitted to SUB, per their request. Amy
Chinitz stated that submittal of the appropriate format would be sufficient for
preliminary SUB approval with respect to advancing the MDS plan
