I have continued to receive complaints about violations at the subject location. Mr. Worman has already been issued
one civil infraction citation for violation of the City's Nuisance provisions. All stored vehicles must be in compliance with
land use provisions which includes being in an approved screened area or they cannot be outside of a building.
I was by the property again today and found numerous vehicles located outside of the building as well as one advertised
for sale - has this property also been approved for auto sales? I'm preparing to issue a second civil infraction citation for
these violations. This condition is unacceptable to the neighboring property owners who are continuing to wonder why
Mr. Worman was given approval to open his business when he's not installed or completed the required improvements.
If this property getting close to receiving land use approval?
