The MDS decision for Welby's on 1820 Main is attached. As you requested, I looked for other MDS applications at this
site. There were two. One was in January 2005 for a used car lot. The other was in November 2006 for a multi use
retail sales and real estate office. Those applications did not propose any changes to the building or to the site. The
required improvements for those applications included filters in the stormwater catch basins, bicycle parking, a street
tree, and a screened trash enclosure.
