City of Springfield Code Enforcement

Springfield, OR

Dear City of Springfield Code Enforcement:
Vehicle Storage for business at 1820 Main St
.
We own the business located at 1820 Main Sl. We were told that if we wanted to be allowed to store
any vehicles on the property, we need to write 'a letter and tell exactly what vehicles we would like
permission to store, In addition, we need to stripe out additional parking for those vehicles.
First, we have a travel trailer that we use to promote our business, it is Oregon plate # R807029. We
use this vehicle at local events to advertise and showcase our company, American Home Buyers,
which is a licensed and bonded manufactured home company. Second, we have a small white utility
trailer, it does not have a license plate because it not required, it is just made out of wood. We use the
utility trailer when we do clean outs of houses and manufactured homes. We need to store these units
at our business because we use them to conduct our business,
To prevent any future problems with vehicles left here that do not belong to the business, we signed a
contract with TBD investments to prevent anybody from parking here illegally, We will make sure that
nobody leaves any more vehicles on this property.
We would like to comply with the City and at no time were we intenUonally trying to disobey the rules.
Thank you very much for your time and please let us know what we need to do to comply with the City
of Springfield.
Respectfully,
~-
~JD'
