SUBJpCT: PARTITION TENTATNE #SUB2010-00002 McKinney
Tax Map 17-02-34-44, Tax Lot 1201, 6595 Main Street
Listed below are our comments for the above referenced development proposal: .
I. The Springfield Utility Board Water Division Engineering Depalent has no objection
to the proposed tentative partition for Andrea McKinney. All requested services have
been constructed to these properties. .
2. Springfield has several wellliead protection areas. Ninety percent of Springfield's
drinking water comes from wells. In every instance, care shall be taken to prevent
groundwater contamination. Contractors/developers/owners shdll be responsible for the

safe handling and storage of chemicals, petroleum products, fertilizers, and the
prevention of groundwater and storm water runoff contaminatioh.

Special requirements may be necessary for groundwater protection at this development.
