RE: river heights
Steve,
Greetings, I did most ofthe preliminary land use applications and all ofthe PIP plans for River Heights. Breeden's and
Baker are spear heading the final plat but sent me your comments to address COA#17 of the Subdivision.
Lots '#30-35 (#34-#39 of the PIP/Final Plat) were required by Public Works as part of the PIP approval to have storm drain
pipes extended to the lots for service. We installed the storm laterals deep and at great expense. Do we still need to
submit a detail for back of lot storm drains?
Also, COA#5 in your letter doesn't seem to match COA#S of the Subdivision Decision but is instead from the Hillside
Development Decision.
Subdivision COA#6 in your letter is listed as "Not Applicable" but we were required to obtain a License from UPRR and
we did obtain the license during the PIP approval process. Public Works signed and accepted the license. Do you need a
copy?
I believe all the other COA will need to be addressed by others. I wanted to give you a heads up on COA#5 and COA#6, I
will send a separate email concerning COA#17 to Breeden's directly.
Thanks, call/email comments or questions.
