Eric,
A couple trees that were the basis for'the original config appear to be gone on the revised config. Shall I assume that
they were part of the hazard removal or is there anything else I should know about the grading activities?

Byron and I are taking a final look at the preservation easements at River Heights. We would like you to consider a
proposed revision to the preservation zone at lot #s 46,47, 56 and 57. Street alignment changes, lot adjustment and
removal of hazard trees make previous zone layouts in this area obsolete'. As you can see on the attached diagram, there
is only a single tree within the area of the preservation zone that I am proposing to delete. I have included a diagram that
illustrates the proposed revision as well as a diagram showing the original preservation easement configuration in this
area. Please contact me if you have any questions and let me know if you would like to arrange a meeting on site.
