Ok-so the two year extension is from the SUB2006-00006 deadline? (I was originally wondering why the 3 month
extension from Feb 7, 2010.)

Yes, that is accurate. They received a 2 yr time extension until May 2, 2010. They had a pre-submittal meeting on Aug
7,2009, which triggered the 180 day plat submittal (Feb 7, 2010), but planning will allow them to take full advantage of
the time extension and submit the plat by May 2.
