SUB Water Concurrence with Condition of Approval #30
Subject:
River Heights Subdivision (SUB2006-00006) condition of approval #30 states;
Prior to approval of Public Improvement Plans (PIPs) or the Final Plat, the applicant shall
submit concurrence documentation from Rainbow Water verifYing overlapping placement of
the proposed 7 foot private storm easement and 14 foot Public Sewer Easement is acceptable
to Rainbow Water.
The referenced 14-foot public sewer easement and 7-foot private storm easement has been replaced, at
the reqillrement of the City, with a 25 and 40-foot public storm water and wastewater easement. In
the City of Springfield SUB is responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the existing
water supply pipes. For this reason, the above reference easement is for SUB is the user and benefited
party for the easement and should provide the reqillred concurrence.
Utility Concurrence:
The Springfield Utility Board (SUB) is the responsible agency for water service in the City of
Springfield. SUB concurs with the proposed overlapping public utility easements shown on the Final
Plat and Public Improvement Plans.

preclude willamalane's plans.
Transfer Tract A by deed to Willamalane
Detention pond maintenance: Want to see maintenance agreement (condition #14), not basins,
just landscape
Blanket drainage easement: (condition #32)
Fill in quarry and reforestation
