The referenced 14-foot public sewer easement and 7-foot private storm easement has been replaced, at the reqillrement of the City, with a 25 and 40-foot public storm water and wastewater easement. In the City of Springfield SUB is responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the existing water supply pipes. For this reason, the above reference easement is for SUB is the user and benefited party for the easement and should provide the reqillred concurrence. Utility Concurrence: The Springfield Utility Board (SUB) is the responsible agency for water service in the City of Springfield. SUB concurs with the proposed overlapping public utility easements shown on the Final Plat and Public Improvement Plans.
