I do have a couple concerns regarding the proposed plat. I am forwarding you a message that I had sent to the engineer regarding easements and I do not see them on the plat. I want to see the easements on the plat. Is that possible? Also, the proposed plat does not match the approved construction plans. The approved plans indicate that lot #15 is a panhandle lot. The proposed plat does not show that. With that being said, I want to know how the removal of the driveway affected the West boundary of lot #14. It looks to me that the boundary of lot #13 was extended to the East. I've attached a TIFF file showing how our stuff has been installed. The easement will "probably have to be adjusted to include the East boundary of lot #13. If necessary, I may be able to find someone to attend the meeting. Tony From: TALBOT Tony Sent: Thursday, March 13,2008 1:35 PM To: 'Brent Erickson' Subject: River Heights PUE's Hi Brent, I've attached a couple files that show where I would like to run our power lines in order to feed the subdivision. I'd like to bring the 3 phase power down the pole located on the north side of lot 5, run it over to lot 6 and then south out to the street. I'd like to run a single phase of power down the pole on the north side of lot 16, south to lot 15 and then out to the street. If I am able to run the power as indicated, it would save some cost due to less wire and pull vaults. Regardless, I would like an easement along the west boundary of lot 15 because I plan on running a secondary power line and setting a pedestal in the corner of the lot that would feed lots 15 & 12. Also, while I'm on the subject of easements, we will want an easement on Tract B to cover the power lines and transformer that we will have to set for the water pump. I didn't see easements on the drawings. Look it over and let me know what you think and I'll proceed accordingly. 1 Date Received: '6 - S -(Ji . Planner: SH
