In reviewing the lots it looks to me like the easements are dimensioned unless you are referring to slope easements. Since they jog all over on the lots I believe it will get very cluttered once we have the tree overlay on there which you requested. The drawings are to scale and since these are not to be used as legal documents I believe that the potential buyer has some responsibility to get the recorded document for the planning and not make house placement decisions off of these. Does that make sense? I'll load the sheets up if you want but we were following the examples given to us by Planning. As for the Geotech assessment, Gunnar has done a general for all of the improved subdivision but not specific locations. In total all of the lots can be built on but inspection after excavation is the only sure way to have Gunnar sign off on what a person is doing. Then the location of loads is known and the exact condition of the soil at those points. After building in the Eugene hills for 50 + years we know not to make assumptions based on random test pits. That is the reason for item 6 on each of the sheets. If the person that comes to your counter wants to see the report it will be in the Manuai and they can look at it but that is no promise for specific plans. Shouldn't that be sufficient? If I've been babbling let me know and I'll do what I can. Later byron Date Received: Planner: SH 4 - 1- It) _ 1
