Sorry to not have cc'd you both on this originally, here's an update of the list of Springfield joint projects in the pipeline, and my understanding of the priority. Greg has said August 4th doesn't work for the viaduct. August 18th is NOT available at this time, Junction City UGB expansion for the prison/hospital/Grain Millers has been moved to that evening. Steph From: SCHl!LZ Stephanie E Sent: Tuesday, June 23, 2009 9:56 AM To: MOTT Gregory Cc: JONES Brenda; HOWE Kent Subject: RE: August 4th Joint PC Meeting Greg, here is the list of Springfield projects that I have in the pipeline for Board of Commissioners co-adoption. Ordinance No. PA1259- Eugene/Springfield population projection Metro PAPA -- three jurisdiction decision, no date set for elected's public hearing. Since the Planning Commissions did conduct a hearing for this one, the County RCP adopted population projections for Eugene and Springfield could be an amendment to this. The RTPITSP Alignment public hearing before all three PC's is done, but the hearing before the electeds has not yet been scheduled. County transportation planning staff says this one is a ways out, so if you'all know different, let me know. There are two Springfield Development Code Amendment (Lane Code Chapter 10) co-adoption projects that keep slipping in priority; one from Gary Karp to amend chapters 3, 4, 5, 6, Appendix 3 Glenwood Master Plan Temporary Standards and DWP Overlay, and another from Mark 'Metzger, another DWP OverlayAmendment, adjusting the one and five year TOTZ's within the Willamette Wellfield DWP Overlay Zone. The Willamette Wellfield TOTZ amendment has a recommendation to approve from the LCPC, and The Chapter 10 code amendment doesn't go to the PC, so.both of those do not yet have Ordinance No's or public hearings scheduled beforethe Board. Ordinance NO. PA 1260 has just been assigned to the Stormwater PFSP Amendments from Andy Limbird, and that project supercedes the above two for scheduling at both the PC's and electeds. Th Board JOINTLY with the Springfield Council will hold a hearing on July 22nd, and both the Lane and Springfield PC's will hold a joint hearing next Tuesday, the 30th. Mark and I talked last Friday afternoon, and scheduled the Greenway Goal Exception project, the South Bank Bicycle Via Duct, with Springfield and Lane Co at 5:30 for August 4th, so if that is toooo ambitious, and too confusing with the RiverRidge matter on the same night, I could reschedule it for August 18th no problem. Let me know if these priorites and/or dates should be adjusted.
