This is considered a duplex because the roofs tie at the rafters and the foundations tie in. Tara was out of the office, but I had spoke with her regarding this house move application. She had intended to sign off approval for the house move. She signed off on the approval for the site at 303 South C Street on the foundation and breezeway permit.
