Dear Hr. Weiss.:
Your request for an extension of time within which you may resume work authorized
under Building Permit Number 810368 has,been considered by the Building Official.
Based on the circumstances explained in your request,- the building permit will re-
main valid until the new Building Code goes into effect on July 1, 1983.
. ",This is the only extension which will be granted as allowed by Section 303 Cd) of
the State Structural Specialty and Fire and Life Safety Code. In order to renew
action on a permit after expiration, the permittee shall pay a new full permit
fee~
