GENERAL NOTES:
'1. Prior to any ground disturbance on the site one inspection with LDAP staff is required. Issuance of this plan does not relieve the permit holder and or the
contractor from all other permitting requirements. Prior to beginning construction activities, all other necessary approvals shall be obtained.
2. The erosion and sediment control measures shown on this Erosion Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) ore the minimum requirements for anticipated site
conditions. During the construction period, these measures sholl be upgraded os needed for unexpected storm events and to ensure that sediment and
sediment-laden water does not leave the site. A copy of this ESCP must be kept on site. Changes to the ESCP must also be submitted in the form of on
Action Plan to DEQ or its Agent for approval. (Schedule A.7.f.)
