taking precedence.

I visited the shop on May 12, 2009. My notes from that visit are attached. The notes list several to-do items for Randy.
have not heard from him at all since that visit. He had a lot of work to do to be able to get his shop in shape for an
exemption.

There is a note on my desk that says R Repair & Service (Randy McDougal) at 244 39thl Street has DWP issues, They
submitted a site plat a year ago but haven't received final approval. I am waiting for a revised site plan they were going
to submit last October. What are the DWP issues?
