Regarding Subdivision Tentative SUB2009-00006 Benson:
- ODOTwould like to inform the City and the property owner that ODOT is developing an
interchange plan in the vicinity of the OR126 Expressway and that the owner should be
receiving notices for public meetings regarding this matter.
- Please provide ODOT a copy of the decision and any notices of time extensions or
continuances at the below street or email address.
