Andy,
The applicant did not provide me a truck tuming template' of the interior movements of a delivery truck, as I had
requested over the phone on 7/28/08. I've done a quick preliminary check, and, using a medium size truck (30'
long, with 20' between the front and rear axle.) will not turn around inside the site as shown.
Please do what needs to be done to hold up on building permits until the applicant has shown that the site can be
adjusted to unload cars on the site as our code requires.
I have called David Nickels and left him a message to return my call.
