Prior to or concurrent with recording of the Final Plat, the applicant shall execute and record a storrnwater drainage easement across Parcel 2 for the benefit of Parcel I. y.. 2. Prior to approval of the Final Plat, the applicant shall prepare and submit a joint access and maintenance agreement for the storrnwater management swale that is satisfactory to the City's Public Works Department.
