Hi Eric, I do have a question about the requirement to provide a maintenance agreement for the vegetative swale, The
applicant has included a single statement about completing maintenance "when deemed desirable", but there are no
details about a maintenance regime to ensure the swale functions properly, Should they include one of the standard
maintenance agreement forms that are available from Public Works? Thanks
