RESOLUTION
No. 03-12
Acceptance
WHEREAS, work on the improvement described below has been
completed by a private developer under permit of the City of
Springfield and Lane County as follows:
Game Farm Road Widening, Game Farm Road South of
the Beltline Highway, Project P30242
and,
WHEREAS, work on this improvement project has been fully
completed and inspected by the City Engineer of the City of
Springfield and by Lane County and found to be in conformance with the
requirements of the City of Springfield and Lane County, and,
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Engineer that this
improvement be accepted from the private developer as complete and the
warranty period for this work should commence,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Springfield does hereby accept as complete the above described
project.
Adopted by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Springfield, Oregon, this 10 day of March , 2003.
