Project Description:
This project is an interior remodel to the Regional Sports Complex, now known
as the Willamalane Center for Sports and Recreation. The changes include
repurposing interior space including new walls and ceilings. Changes include: 1.
Move the fitness equipment from the lobby space to the what was previously
locker rooms, now fitness area 111. 2. Change the boxing room space to a teen
center, room 103. 3. Add furnishings and aesthetic features to the lobby space,
including tensile fabric "clouds". 4. Add door to connect the refinished lobby to
the Community Center. 5. Add exterior door for egress and sidewalk to connect
to existing egress, this is the only exterior work.
Development Issue Questions:
1. Confirm interior remodel plan for repurposing of space.
2. Confirm no additional landscaping or parking requirements, including site
review.
3. If a site review is necessary what are the requirements?
