Clayton,
On the Liberty partition, two of the conditions requested by PW should be applied at the development stage and not
prior to the final plat. These are the conditions:
Condition: Prior to approval of the Final Plat, a storm water analysis shall be submitted along with the required DSL
wetland delineation. Plans shall include an on-site storm water design and include all required storm water easements
as necessary.
Condition: Prior to approval of the Final Plat, a storm water analysis shall be submitted showing that water quality
requirements will be met. Plans shall include the proposed location of the water quality facilities.
If you agree, the staff report will include these as a heads up, but not as conditions of approval for the final plat.
