Attached are the ORe comments I received yesterday for SUB2010-00010 Liberty bank. There are no surprises from
transportation, LTD or the Fire Dept. I have not received the written comments from PW engineering, but I have
discussed with them with Eric. He found the existing sanitary sewer line is not within the Daisy St. right of way as
expected. It is located on the other side of Daisy near the new pedestrian path. This is a heads up that there will be a
need to extend the line across Daisy Street to the residential parceL As soon as I receive the written comments from
PW, I will send them to you.
Also, do you have any more information regarding the location of the wetlands? According to the map legend, the
symbols denote orange or blue wetland flags. What does that mean? The wetlands appear to extend beyond those
flags.
