Tax Lot 9600 is developed as with a single family dwelling and the adjoining vacant tract to the north (Tax Lot 15400) contains a jointly-owned private stormwater management facility. This application received tentative approval November 8, 2010. Fiual Map Approval Final Map Approval shall be granted upon rec~ipt of copies of the recorded survey, property line adjustment deed or declaration, easements and agreements, and certification that the conditions of approval have been met.
