RE: REVIEW AND COMMENT FOR SERIAL PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
(TVPllO-00003, TVPllO-00004, TVPllO-OOOOS)
Mr. Limbird,
Please find enclosed a copy of the Final Serial Property Line Adjustment Survey for Lots
63, 64, 65, 66 and Tract "A" of Levi Landing Second Addition given approval on November 8,
2010. Also enclosed are three (3) separate documents, each titled "Covenant Running with the
Land Agreement" requiring signatures from the City of Springfield. Please review the PLA map
and sign the required documents. Once the documents are signed and the map is approved,
please notify our office and we will pick up the documents and record them with Lane County.
