Description of Proposal
The applicant submitted a Property Line Adjustment Application to incorporate portion of a vacant tract
into a residential lot fronting on Jacob Lane. The affected lots are Assessor's Map Number 17-02-34-11,
Tax Lots 9700 & 15400. Tax Lot 9700 is developed as with a single family dwelling and the adjoining
vacant tract to the north (Tax Lot 15400) contains a jointly-owned private stonnwater management
facility. This application received tentative approval November 8, 2010.
Final Map Approval
Final Map Approval shall be granted upon receipt of copies ofthe recorded survey, property line
adjustment deed or declaration, easements and agreements, and certification that the conditions of
approval have been met. Copies of the recorded documents were delivered to the City on January 31,
