Thanks Andy; I appreciate the update. Although it isn't our timelines so much as yours - PLAs in the City of Springfield
expire if the deeds and map aren't recorded/filed at the county within 90 days. The Conditions of Approval'don't allow
us to do either of those until after the agreement is recorded. We aren't close to the 90 days yet, but I avoid letting
things get down to the wire. Hope you enjoy your holidays.

Landing PLAs. As of yet, I haven't received anything back so I sent another reminder to ensure your timelines are met.
