Good morning. I've completed the PLA review, but was strongly advised to talk to Joe Leahy about the easement issue.
I'd like to look over the easements again, and go visit him if he's available today. (I also found some significant issues
with the deeds, one of which I'd like Joe's advice on.)
Let me know if you've already spoken with him, though.
