Levi Landing Conservation Easement
Matt: The applicant has provided copies of the Conservation Easement and other documents recorded against the lots
subject to the proposed property line adjustments. The existing easements for private stormwater drainage,
maintenance, pedestrian access, slopes, etc. contain language that will automatically assign the provisions of these
easements to the reconfigured lots. The Conservation Easement language is less explicit, and therefore Planning
recommends that this easement be assigned or re-recorded against the reconfigured lots as a condition of approval.
Please let me know if you need to review copies ofthese easements. Thanks
