Planning will not object to interior office improvements prior to the approval of the DWP
application (DRC2010-00003)_ These improvements are limited to the office and customer areas
shown on the floor plan, Sheet A2,1, dated Dec 18, 2009,
No improvements shall be made to the vehicle work area; Occupancy Class Fl, OCC LD 19,
until the DWP application receives final approvaL
The MDS application (DRC2009-00053) must receive final approval prior to any occupancy of
the office or customer areas,
There shall be no improvements to the vehicle area, no storage of vehicles, paint, or any
associated products on the property until final approval of DRC2010-00003,
The final Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until both applications have final approval,
and all conditions are completed,
No customers on the property until final Certificate of Occupancy,
