MEMORANDUM City of Springfield Date: To: From: Subject: October 15, 20 I 0 Chris Moorhead, PLS - City Surveyor Andy Limbird, Planner Levi Landing Property Line Adjustments (TYP II 0-00003; TYP 110-00004 & TYP II 0-00005) Planning is reviewing a series of Property Line Adjustments proposed for three adjoining residential lots and a vacant tract in the Levi Landing subdivision. The lots are already built and occupied, and the vacant tract contains a private stormwater drainage swale. The stated intent of the property line adjustments is to incorporate a portion of the jointly owned and maintained tract into the adjoining residential lots. A residual portion of the tract would remain after the proposed property line adjustments. Comments from Surveying are requested by October 22, 20 I 0 to ensure the decisions on these applications can be issued in a timely fashion. Conditions of approval as may be required to address continuity/assignment of easements and other issues can be attached to the land use decision(s).
