Hi Joe, I noticed there is an extra set of quotation marks within the second paragraph of the recital
that should be removed: "Each lot owner shall comply with.....
Also, just a suggestion but we might want to hedge and leave the 201_ date blank in case the
agreements cannot be fully executed before the end of calendar year 2010. Aside from that the
agreements look fine. Thanks for your help!

AFTER PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
SITUATED in the City of Eugene, Lane County, State of Oregon in the Northeast 1/4 of the of
Section 34, Township 17 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian and described as
follows:

North 01045'49" East, 270.87 feet to the north line of Tract A of Levi Landing Second
