Besides the issues we've resolved with Joe, there are a couple of issues on the PLA's I found. Please note that each (all
~?) of the exhibits need have the "Situated in Eugene" changed to "Situated in Springfield" -including the one for the
Quit Claim deed. Also, on each of the three PLA's, there is a very bold misspelled word (THERFOR) about a third of the
way down which Renee might want to correct.
