. Hi Jon, I spoke with Renee at Branch and she advises that: a) the four property owners understand that upon property
line adjustment, they will be individually responsible for maintenance of the former Tract A area including the
stormwater facilities; and b) the Homeowners Association is active in the neighborhood, but not involved with
maintenance of Tract A because the four co-owners have that responsibility. If we can meet with Joe in the next couple
of days, that would be great. My schedule is pretty open this week, so please let me know what time works for you and
Joe. Thanks
