Matt: Planning has received 3 property line adjustment submittals affecting three lots and an adjoining vacant tract in
Levi Landing. The vacant tract contains a private stormwater drainage swale that is jointly owned and maintained by the
applicants. The series of property line adjustments proposes to incorporate portions of the vacant tract into three
adjoining residential lots leaving a remnant portion. According to the submittals, the property owners then would be
individually responsible for the ownership and maintenance of their portion of the existing private stormwater facility.
Let me know if PW Land Development would like to review the plans since an internal referral and DRe aren't typically
done with Type I applications. Thanks
