My dictionary shows "therefor" as an acceptable spelling for the usage in my PLA deed. In addition Wikitionary
(http://en.wiktionarv.org/wiki/therefor) agrees. I don't have a copy of Black's Law Dictionary available to check with..1
will make the r~commended change in cities and appreciate having that pointed out, but will opt to leave therefor as it
is in both these:deeds and our template PLA deed.
