SECURITY OF A CO~TRUCTION SITE IN A MIXED USE
RESIDENTIAL ZONE
I. The R V shall not be placed at this location for longer than a period of 6 months for the first phase of this project.
2. The applicant has submitted a plot plan showmg where the R V unit will be placed and where the permanent
buildings will be placed. The applicant agrees,to abide by this approved plot plan.
3. A building permit application for the construction of the permanent structure was submitted and work is currently
in progress (C0M2009-01546).
4. The Planning and Development Department shall conduct a work-in-progress inspection 3 months after Plot Plan
approval. Ifreasonable progress on construction of the permanent building has been made, an extension of not
more than 6 months may be granted for the use of the RV. If reasonable progress on construction has not been
made, approval for use ofthe RV shall be revoked, and the RV shall be removed from the property within 30 days.
5. The manufactured unit shall be removed from the property within 7 days offmal occupancy of the permanent
building.
