RE:
DRINKING WATER PROTECTION APPLICATION EXEMPTION REQUEST
#PRE10-00008 ASSESSOR'S MAP: 17-03-15-40 TAX LOT: 3500
ADDRESS: 300 International Way
Dear Andy,
I have received the DWP exemption request submitted by gLAS Architects on behalf of Bill
Houston regarding the American Medical Concepts project The proposal does not include
the use, storage, or production of any hazardous materials and is therefore eligible for
exemption from SDC 33-200. Based on the information provided in the request, the
exemption can be granted.
Please note that the facility may be inspected at any time to verify the information provided
in the exemption certification. If the facility at any point keeps more than 20 gallons of
hazardous materials on site, such as with the installation of a diesel generator or bulk
storage of HV AC chemicals, a Drinking Water Protection Overlay District application would
be required.
Feel free to contact me at 541-744-3745 for further details or with any questions.
Sincerely,
~c.~
