FOLLOW UP INFORMATION NEEDED FOR THREE NEW SCHOOL SITES
Dear Mr. Woodley,
From my request letter dated April 22, 1996, I have only received the
drainage calculations for the 935 Filbert Lane site. Please provide
me with the following items as soon as possible to continue the review
of the three new school building permits:
1) Drainage studies and capacity evaluations for the on and off
site drainage systems.
2) Sanitary sewer studies and capacity evaluations for the on and
off site sanitary systems.
3) Construction plans for off site public infrastructure
improvements.
4) Construction schedules and timing of both on and off site
improvements.
5) Confirm that the drainage plans comply with the site plan
approvals [Journal #96-02-19 (need over flow to public system), 96-02-
36 and 96-02-21]. Submit revisions as needed.
6) New and existing area of impervious surfaces for each site.
