PROJECT NO. 3-801, OAKTREE SUBDIVISION ON ASPEN STREET
Ainslie Kranz, owner/developer of subject subdivision, earlier requested and
received three building permits in Oaktree Subdivision even though the public
improvements were not complete. Now, he is requesting 3 more building
permits. Mr. Kranz's Engineer has report that all public improvements are
constructed per the City's standard specifications. Mr. Geobel, consulting
engineer, has submitted as built drawings, material testing reports and
acceptance documents for the City's review. A final inspection is scheduled
Thursday, December 17th, with Ron Sather, Construction Inspector. Meanwhile,
Mr. Kranz needs building permits to be issued. We are hereby approving the
issuance of 3 more building permits for a total of six building permits. The
building permits should be issued with the stipulation that the builder shall
be keep the streets and sewers clean and undisturbed, free of building
materials until all the public improvements are accepted by the City Council.
