The 20' x 20' building may have originally built as a garage, but has not housed any cars (or basoline powered vehicles of any kind) for the past 30 years. The previous owner of the property used this building as a home workshop and storage area for many years prior to our ownership which began in 1980. We also use this building as a home workshop (houses typir~,1 power tools) and general household storage, canning room, etc. Permanently located workbenches partially block access through the doors and would prevent a vehicle from being oriven into or stored in the building. I usually refer to the building as my "shop" and occasionally the" garage" out of habit. Gi ven the fact that this structure is not in fact used as a garage to house gasoline powered vehicles, but rather a home workshop and storage building, would the same requirements w.~ discussed yesterday apply to my proposed breezeway covering? !'lease call mc aL726-942J~0 discuss this at your earliest convenience. Thank you. ~K, II 1j 'STlt( ~ /..t;1!Jt: M A t;M.Me ()/fd IS II1~ Very truly yours, Alan R. Buchalter ARBfs
