Garbage is being stored in an open building on your property. Neighbors have reported concern for potential rat infestation. Garbage must be stored in covered containers and removed once a week. Therefore, by seven (71 days from the date of this letter (July 23, 1982), the above described conditions must corrected in order to conform to City Codes. Unless you comply with this requirement, further action will be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon. The boundary selected is Interstate S. with the boundary officially recognized the Lane Council of Governments, and by The selection of this boundary is in agreement by both the Cities of Eugene and Springfield, by the Lane County Boundary Commission.
