A recent observation of your property located at 950 Fairview Drive, Springfield,
Oregon reveals it is in violation of Sections 4-2-6, 4-2-9, and 5-1-1 of the
Springfield City Code (ftttachedl.
Garbage is being stored in an open building on your property. Neighbors have
reported concern for potential rat infestation. Garbage must be stored in covered
containers and removed once a week.
Therefore, by seven (71 days from the date of this letter (July 23, 1982), the
above described conditions must corrected in order to conform to City Codes.
Unless you comply with this requirement, further action will be taken under the
Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon.
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753.

This is to officially notify you of the realignment of the Postal Service delivery boun-
dary between the Cities of Eugene and Springfield.'
The boundary selected is Interstate S.
with the boundary officially recognized

This Postal Service boundary change has caused a need to have all addresses east of In-
terstate 5 reflect the Springfield addressing system instead of the Lane County and Eugene
addressing system.
In order to correct discrepancies in existing addresses, help insure proper mail delivery,
and facilitate the emergency operations of the Fire and Police Departments, the following
adjustments must be made relative to the address of your property located at:
