SHALL MAKE THE fOLLOWING INSPECTIONS AND SHALL EITHER APPROVE THAT
OF THE CONSTRUCTION AS COMPLETED OR SHALL NOTifY THE PERMIT HOLDER
AGENT WHEREIN THE SAME fAILS TO COMPLY WITH THIS CODE.
(1) fOUNDATION INSPECTION: To BE MADE AfTER TRENCHES ARE EXCA-
VATED AND fORMS ERECTED AND WHEN ALL MATERIALS fOR THE
fOUNDATION ARE DELIVERED ON THE JOB. WHERE CONCRETE fROM
A CENTRAL MIXING PLANT (COMMONLY TERMED "TRANSIT MIXED") IS
TO BE USED, MATERIALS NEED NOT BE ON THE ~OB.
(2) fRAME INSPECTION: To BE MADE AfTER THE ROOf, ALL fRAMING,
fiRE-BLOCKING, AND BRACING ARE IN PLACE AND ALL PIPES,
CHIMNEYS, AND VENTS ARE COMPLETE.
(3) LATH/OR WALLBOARD INSPECTION: To BE MADE AfTER ALL LATHING
AND/OR WALLBOARD, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, IS IN PLACt; BUT
BEfORE ANY PLASTERING IS APPLIED OR BEfORE WALLBOARD JOINTS
AND fASTENERS ARE TAPED AND fiNISHED.
(4) FINAL INSPECTION: To BE MADE AFTER eUILDING IS COMPLETED AND

ISSUED UNDER SECTION 213 Of THIS 1973 ACT, THE PERMIT HOLDER
SHALL NOTIFY THE DEPARTMENT. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL INSPECT
THE CONSTRUCTION TO DETERMINE IF IT COMPLIES WITH THE RULES
or THE COMMISSION. IF THE CONSTRUCTION DOtS COMPLY WITH
SUCH RULES, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ISSUE A CERTifiCATE OF SATIS-
FACTORY COMPLETION TO THE PERMIT HOLDER. IF THE CONSTRUCTION
ODES NOT COMPLY WITH SUCH RULES, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL NOTIFY
THE PERMIT HOLDER AND SHALL REQUIRE SATISfACTORY COMPLETION
BEfORE ISSUING THE CERTIFICATE. FAILURE TO MEET THt REQUIRE-
