JERMINA TION ~ It is the intent of the parties that the easement provided herein is temporary. This easement shall cease, desist, and expire at such time as the water system in said MOUNTAINGATE 2ND ADDITION becomes operational. If necessary to provide record notice of such expiration, City shall sign appropriate documents for recordation.
