Subject: Annexation Request - Withdraw1 of Request, Journal Number 89-01-05
Dear Ned,
It is my understanding that their were no objections raised by the Development
Review Committee to your request for an Expedited Review of this Annexation.
Because Wi11ama1ane will be initiating the Expedited Review through the Boundary
Commission I am initiating a refund of your application fee.
I have requested that $140.00 be returned to Wi11ama1ane. The reason for the
reduction in the refund is because when you submitted the applications for
Annexation and Zone Change you received a 20% discount for concurrent appli-
cations. The Zone Change fee was reduced from $500.00 to $400.00 and the
Annexation fee was reduced from $300.00 to $240.00. Now that the Zone Change
Application is a single application the 20% discount does not apply.
Refund checks are sent out by our Finance Department as part of their normal
payment schedule. If you have not received this refund within the next couple
of weeks please give me a call and 1111 find out the status of the request.
